This Privacy Policy explains how Momantee collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our online store at momantee.com, our Help Center at help.momantee.com, Room Preview, and related support services.

1. Scope

This policy covers purchases and browsing on the Momantee online store, use of the Help Center, Room Preview, and information submitted through contact, replacement-pieces, return, gift-message, review, and other support features.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number, and billing or shipping address;
  • Order information, including order number, product name or SKU, recipient and delivery details, and purchase history;
  • Support information, including issue descriptions, shipping-address confirmation, photographs, videos, and uploaded files;
  • Gift notes, personal video messages, reviews, or other optional content when you choose those features;
  • Return, refund, replacement, and customer-service communications;
  • Room photos and choices you submit when you use Room Preview.

Information collected automatically

Our services may receive device and browser information, IP address, cookie or session identifiers, requested pages, search and cart activity, timestamps, referring pages, approximate location, consent choices, and security or performance events. Shopify and enabled app or custom pixels may collect interaction events for commerce, analytics, attribution, fraud prevention, or marketing, subject to applicable consent requirements.

Information from service providers

We may receive payment status, delivery and tracking updates, fraud or security signals, review activity, and support records from providers that help us operate the services.

3. How We Use Information

  • Process orders, payments, delivery, returns, refunds, and replacement requests;
  • Respond to contact and support requests;
  • Provide gift-message, Room Preview, reviews, and other optional services you request;
  • Protect accounts, forms, systems, and transactions against abuse, fraud, and security threats;
  • Measure site and campaign performance and improve the services when the required consent has been provided;
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

4. Cookies, Pixels, Analytics, and Consent

We use essential technologies required for checkout, security, fraud prevention, form handling, account, cart, and session functions. These technologies cannot always be disabled through our site.

Google Analytics may be used across the Momantee online store and Help Center to measure usage and improve our services. Where consent is required, Google Analytics and other non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are enabled only after the applicable consent choice. The online store uses Shopify privacy controls, and the Help Center provides its own analytics-cookie choice.

Our current storefront deployment includes Shopify analytics and customer-event pixels, a Judge.me analytics pixel, and a Parcelwill tracking or analytics pixel. Shopify may also load enabled app or custom pixels categorized for analytics or marketing. We update this policy when material providers or uses change.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, under some U.S. state privacy laws, disclosure of device identifiers or interaction data through analytics or marketing technologies may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.” You can use Your Privacy Choices and, where applicable, Global Privacy Control to opt out of those activities.

5. Service Providers We Use

  • Shopify provides the online store, checkout, analytics or customer-event infrastructure, Shop Pay, and related commerce services;
  • Google Analytics provides consent-based usage analytics across the online store and Help Center;
  • Judge.me provides review features and related analytics;
  • Parcelwill supports shipment tracking and related analytics;
  • Payment providers, including Shopify-supported payment services, Shop Pay, PayPal, and supported wallet providers selected at checkout, process payment and fraud-prevention information;
  • Cloudflare supports delivery and security for the Help Center and may support Room Preview infrastructure;
  • Room Preview AI providers may include OpenAI and configured infrastructure or backup providers such as Cloudflare AI and APIMart, depending on feature mode, availability, and processing needs;
  • Shipping carriers, email providers, support vendors, and other processors handle information as needed to complete transactions and requested services.

6. When We Share Information

We share personal information as needed with the providers described above to complete a transaction, provide a requested feature, measure or improve services with the required consent, protect users and systems, comply with law, or support a corporate transaction. Providers process information under their own legal obligations and our applicable agreements.

Analytics or marketing partners may receive device identifiers and interaction events when those technologies are enabled. This disclosure is the activity addressed by Your Privacy Choices; it does not mean that Momantee sells customer contact or order information for cash.

7. Room Preview and AI Image Processing

Room Preview first reads the room photo in your browser. Manual placement can be composed in the browser. If you choose an AI feature and check the AI-processing consent box, the service creates a resized or compressed copy of the room image and sends it, the selected product image, placement details, a request identifier, and your consent state through the Momantee app proxy to a configured AI provider.

The original full-size photo is not stored by Momantee as an original file. The resized input may be processed temporarily by Momantee’s application infrastructure and by the AI provider used for that request. Generated previews and related composition records may be stored privately for a limited period so that you can view or download them. The interface displays the applicable expiry date when a result is saved and provides a delete option where available.

AI requests may be routed to OpenAI or configured infrastructure or backup providers, including Cloudflare AI or APIMart, depending on availability and quality mode. Do not upload photos containing sensitive information, confidential documents, or people who have not agreed to the processing. Generated images are previews and may not exactly represent product scale, color, or placement.

Room Preview records limited feature events only when analytics permission is allowed. Expressing interest in a future inspiration gallery records the choice only; the image is not submitted to a gallery through that control.

8. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, manage orders and support requests, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by record type. Support uploads are retained only as needed to review and document the request. Room Preview inputs and generated results follow the limited processing and expiry practices described above.

9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may withdraw analytics or marketing consent through the available cookie or privacy controls and use Your Privacy Choices for applicable opt-outs. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

10. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Momantee floral pieces contain small parts and are intended for ages 14 and up.

11. International Processing

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No transmission, storage, or AI processing system can be guaranteed completely secure.

13. Policy Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, providers, pixels, or legal obligations. The revised date will appear at the top of this page.
